How securely stored are my files? Security concerns regarding the Internet´s information traffic is minimized through the implementation of a highly sophisticated security system that protects your documents from unwanted access. This state-of-the-art security system is so tight that not even our staff is able to access the information without the client's involvement in the authorization process. Are my files protected from viruses? Yes. Secure-Archives uses a virus security solution that incorporates several related component sets, each playing an important part in protecting your documents against viruses and other malicious software. These components provide our servers with continuous real-time virus detection and response. Are there any restrictions in the storing procedure? With the technology available today, any file from a computer program, as well as any printed material, can be considered a document. Our Document Storage Administration Solution allows you to electronically store any kind of file (i.e. text documents, spreadsheets, graphics, audio/video, etc.) in a secure hosting center. What happens if the internet response is too slow? A slow Internet response time may be caused by different situations: low connection bandwith, transmission errors, system errors, search-related problems, local area network problems or hardware configuration problems. If the Internet connection is being used at its maximum capacity, we recommend a higher-bandwith upgrade to your current connection. If the response time is constantly slow during certain periods of time during the day, certain activities may need to be restricted in order to increment the connection response time. Can I get a copy of all my files? Yes. If previously arranged with any of our sales representatives, we can
